So here's mine:

- Finder - On every Mac
- Webkit - Nightly build of Apple's Safari browser for testing purposes
- Firefox - My default web browser
- Skype - Great for talking to my mates and family
- Adium - for any other communicating needs, mainly MSN
- Spotify - A great app for listening to music
- iTunes - The ubiquitous music jukebox for OS X
- Last.fm - Mainly use it to scrobble, though can be good to discover new music through the radio service
- iPhoto - Manage pictures on my camera and iPhone
- Time Machine - When I get round to buying a new HDD then this may be useful
- System Preferences - For editing settings, something I'm not avert to doing
- iTerm - Don't know if its particularly better the the Terminal app but I've got into the habbit of using this
- Smultron - A great free code editor with syntax highlighting
- Tweetie - I can't live without twitter these days
- Things - Great to-do manager
